Floor Area: 425 square meters (4,575 sq. ft.) – Each Residence
Jacaranda Residences
The design concept for each home was inspired by the form of the jacaranda seed pod — its
organic geometry shaping the architecture into soft yet distinctive forms that stand out while
harmonizing with their natural surroundings. Extending this idea, the gated community itself
draws from nature: dense vegetation, shaded tree canopies, and jacaranda trees define the
shared environment, creating a neighborhood deeply rooted in landscape and place.
The development features a mix of 4-bedroom and 3-bedroom residences, each with a floor
area of 425 square meters (4,575 sq. ft.). Designed without fences around individual units,
the layout encourages openness, interaction, and a strong sense of belonging among
residents.
Each residence is organized with a clear hierarchy of spaces: the ground floor accommodates
the public living areas — an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room — complemented by a
semi-private home office and private servant quarters. The first floor is dedicated entirely to
private living, with either three or four bedrooms arranged around a family room. This private
floor fosters comfort, retreat, and togetherness while maintaining connections to the
landscaped gardens outside.
Across the estate, nine residential units are arranged with an organic flow of movement.
Common parking areas, landscaped gardens, and a jogging track that weaves through the
trees bring together modern living with shared community spaces. The result is a serene yet
vibrant environment — one that blends contemporary comfort with the restorative qualities of
nature.
